The 7" Deba Chef's knife is used for filleting whole fish. The wide, thick blade is ideal for cutting through fish skin and bones. Hand-crafted in the traditional Japanese style in Sakai, Japan, the Deba knife has a one-sided carbon steel blade with a Ho-wood handle.
Kasumitogi Grade White Carbon Steel. Wooden Saya Cover included.
