Return Policy
Items purchased from Spoon & Whisk can be returned or exchanged if they are in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Only items in new, unused condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or refund.
Please send the item(s) you want to return by a shipping method that is insured and traceable to the address below. Please pack returns, when possible, in their original Spoon & Whisk outer carton or other sturdy outer carton to ensure returned product arrives in good condition.

Items that are not in new, unused condition or are not in the original manufacturer package will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange.
NOTE: Returns are processed within five business days during non-holiday periods.
If, as sometimes happens, a product malfunctions, please check the manufacturer's warranty, and contact the manufacturer directly. This saves you the time and effort of going through us first. If, however, you have contacted the manufacturer and are not satisfied with their response, let us know. We'll work with you to solve the problem.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged when you first receive it, please contact us within five days of receiving your order. All damaged items not claimed within five days will not be exchanged. Item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork. We reserve the right to correct any orders that are damaged during shipping or that are defective.
Return Policy for Drop-Shipped Items
Catskill Craftsman products are custom-ordered at your request and drop-shipped to your address. Consequently, for returns or refused shipments, you will incur two additional charges. They include:
- The actual cost of shipping the item to and from your ship-to address.
- The actual extra drop ship charge.
NOTE: These charges will be deducted from the credit you receive for returns or refused deliveries.
