They're made with multiple layers of FSC-certified wood fibers compressed with a food-safe resin. The non-porous material won't harbor bacteria, crack, or split. Epicurean boards are intended for everyday use and easy food preparation.

This model has a juice groove on one side, a flat food prep surface on the other, and a hole for hanging.
