Mineral oil is a traditional cutting board oil that will help to condition the wood. Mineral oil is a classic butcher block conditioner.

We recommend applying the mineral oil with a soft cotton cloth to rub the oil into the wood. Apply mineral oil more frequently in the winter months and/or drier climates. When your board is rough to the touch apply mineral oil to condition and hydrate the wood. JK Adams' mineral oil has a plastic flip top to make application a breeze. Mineral oil will condition the wood and ensure your JK Adams' pieces can be used and enjoyed for a lifetime.
