Most of the molds are replicas of antique carvings that are now in museums and private collections. Imperfections carried over from the originals add a sense of authenticity and charm. These molds are traditionally used for Springerle cookies but you can let your creativity go wild: use with clay or handmade paper, make soap, mold butter. Beautiful enough for display.
