Rehrucken is a moist Austrian/German chocolate log cake made with almond flour and rich icing studded with almonds. A flat backbone runs the length of this pan to balance it, and the ribbing of the pan makes it easy to divide the cake into uniform slices.

Fox Run Kitchen's preferred non-stick coating allows for the easy release of baked goods. These pieces are made of heavy gauge steel to prevent warping and allow even heat distribution for exceptional baking results.
